ADAMS.
She married THEODOCIUS FENTON April 18, 1855 in Corinth, Saratoga County,
NY, son of DARIUS FENTON and SARAH EGGLESTON. He was born December
3, 1834 in Corinth, Saratoga County, NY, and died March 07, 1909 in Ogdensburg,
St. Lawrence County, NY.
They were married by John B. Rogers of the Methodist-Episcopalian Church
of Corinth.

Miner married EUNICE ADAMS, daughter of ISAAC ADAMS and HANNAH FLETCHER.
She was born December 09, 1791 in South Hero, Grand Isle County, VT, and
died January 14, 1873 in Burke, Franklin County, NY. She is also
buried in the Barnum Cemetery in Burke, NY.

T. J. Barnum, one of the prominent citizens of Scott Township, was
born in the State of New York, July 3,
1819. He was reared and educated in his native State, and made it his
home until 1864, when he came
West, and in the fall of 1867 settled in Winneshiek County, Iowa. He
followed farming there four years,
then moved to Floyd County, settling on section 35, Scott Township,
where he owns 80 acres of finely
cultivated land. He was married in 1839, to Nancy Lewis, a native of
the Green Mountain State, born in
1820. They have one child - Menard, born in New York in 1845. In his
political views Mr. Barnum is a
Democrat.
