4. SAMUEL SMITH JEWETT was born 2 Aug 1826 of Gilford, NH. He married 2 Aug 1846 in Laconia, NH to EDITH AUGUSTA JEWETT, daughter of Smith and Statira Glines Jewett. She was born 14 Oct 1825 in Meredith Bridge, NH. The above pictures shows Samuel with great grandaughter Frances Churchill. Edith died May 1906 in Laconia. He died May 1915 in Laconia. They are both buried at Union Cem. in Laconia.
