LEONARD VINCENT FAMILY

This is the leonard Vincent Family.The house still stands and the last time (late 1980's)I went by it and it was being lived in. They now have it fixed nice. It is on the road outside Depauville going towards Clayton. On the right just outside Depauville you will see Vincent Rd. That is where the Vincent homestead is. This also is the only picture I have of Leonard.
left to right is Leonard sitting with Christina in his lap;Blanche standing ;Arthur sitting next to Ella with L Seaton behind her;Grover with Lansing in the chair and Leonard's wife and children's mother Clarissa (nee:Ross) Vincent holding Berne. Otto and Everett were not born yet.The picture was taken in late 1880's my grandfather Arthur was born in 1883 and he looks to be about 5.Will try and get a closer date.
Clarissa (nee:Ross) Vincent
I don't know what year this was taken,but I would say probably about the time she married. Born in 1854 Died in 1934. She was the daughter of William &Clarissa (nee:Whiting) Ross.
Arthur Ward Vincent
This is my grandfather at age 18. He was born Aug.11,1883 Died on Dec.28,1966. He is son of Leonard & Clarissa (nee:Ross)Vincent.
Lansing Valentine Vincent
This is the one of few picture of Lantie as he was called. He was son of Leonard & Clarissa (nee:Ross) Vincent who had a disagreement with his father and left home saying he wouldn't be back until he was richer then all the Vincents. And was never heard from again.He was about 18 to 20 when he left.
Otto & Everitt Vincent
Both are sons of Leonard & Clarissa (nee:Ross) Vincent. Otto is on the left Everitt(Skip)is on the right. Otto born Sept.22,1892 Died May 20,1975. Everitt Died in 1952. Note the old fashion shoes on the large version.
