Samuel KNOX
Samuel Knox was born about 1846 probably in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. He married Sarah Ann Fereby Hancock on 28 August 1870 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. The marriage was performed by J. E. Guthrie, Minister of the Gospel. Sarah Ann was born on 14 April 1843 in Chambers County, Alabama.
They were living in Logan County, Arkansas in 1880. Sarah is living with her son, Henry T., in 1910 Logan County. She is listed as the mother of seven children, with 3 of them still living. Sarah may have remarried to John Franks.
Samuel died between 1880 and 1910. It is unknown at this time when Sarah died. Their final resting place is unknown at this time also.
