Sarah Elizabeth BURSON
Sarah Elizabeth Burson was born on 8 September 1859 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. She married on 10 December 1882 in Elmore County, Alabama to Elisha Lambert Hendrix. Elisha was born on 14 October 1859, the son of Robert J. and Celia ??? Hendrix.
Sarah died on 18 November 1940 and Elisha died on 21 February 1952. They are both buried in the Sweet Home Cemetery in Union County, Arkansas.
Elisha's brother George, married Sarah's sister, Margaret. Elisha's sister, Margaret L. Hendrix, married William David Smith, son of John Smith and Martha Burson.
Elisha's father, Robert J. Hendrix, later married the widowed Rutha Howell Finch.
