- to nephew Paul Stockley 'Closes Lands and Estate' in Tingewick, charged with £25 to his sister Sarah Evans
- to nephew Edward Stockley two houses in Deanshanger in the occupation of Charles Adkins and Robert Andrews
- to nephew John Stockley house in Deanshanger in own occupation, also 'All my Stock in Trade and Household Goods and Furniture whatsoever in and about the Premises'
- to nephew William Stockley 'the Sum of Seventy Pounds which he now owes me on his Bond'
