"My ancestral interest in Tingewick is John Dillo who married Elizabeth Cross in Dec 1725. I guess John must have been a Thornborough man because all of their children were born there.
"My great grandmother was Emily Dillow, born in Thornborough in Aug 1845 and married George Adams in Great Brickhill in Oct 1864. My Adams cousin suspects that there is an Adams link to Tingewick, although she hasn't yet found it.
"I don't think I have any link to the Kings of Tingewick, but you never know. Most of my King ancestors appear to have lived in the Brickhills from about 1730 until my Grandfather moved to London around 1903."
