Legacies:

• To Wife Susanna Allcock use of real estate and household goods for life; and interest on money to be invested by executor


• within six months of wife's death (either from money invested or shortfall made up from real estate by executor) the following legacies:
  • To Son Thomas Allcock - £100
  • To daughter Mary wife of Joseph George - £60
  • To four Children of late Daughter Sarah wife of Matthew Mills - £60 shared between them
  • To Son Jeffery Allcock - £20
  • Residue to son & executor John Allcock
