Legacies:
- to Wife Judith Strainge annuity £40 per year free of taxes, payable 5th April & 10th October AND £20 immediately AND All "Household goods and Furniture and Wearing Apparel of what Nature of kind soever to and for her sole Use and Benefit".
- to brother-in-law Ambrose White annuity of £10 on same days above as long as he remains single and unmarried.
- To sisters-in-law Ann White and Elizabeth White - annuity of £15 each on the same days above
- To friends Mr. John West and Mr. William Law of Gawcott - all lands & hereditaments in trust during wife's lifetime to pay her annuity and on her death:
- To "cousin Richard Strainge Son of Thomas Strainge of Whaddon in the said County of Bucks Baker" … "two closes of Pasture Ground" in Tingewick "being Copyhold of Inheritance now in the Occupation of Robert Richardson" with the proviso that Robert Richardson could buy the land from Richard Strainge for £250 within 12 months of the death of Judith Strainge OR continue to rent it for £10 p.a. with "free Liberty to pull down and take away the Cowhouse standing upon the said Premises and all other Buildings which he shall hereafter erect thereon."
- Also to Richard Strainge "All that my other Close of Pasture Ground in Tingewick aforesaid being also copyhold of Inheritance now in the Occupation of the Widow Gray"
- (and if Richard Strainge dies before wife Judith then the above passes to next oldest brother)
- Also to John West and William Law all "ready Monies and Securities for Money Book Debts goods Chattels rights credits and Personal Estate whatsoever (except my said Household Goods and Furniture and Wearing Apparel hereinbefore by me given and bequeathed to my said Wife Judith Strainge) In Trust" to pay debts, funeral expenses, £20 to wife Judith (see above) and invest the rest to provide annuities above.
- Also to cousin John Gray of Tingewick Blacksmith after Judith's death and for the rest of his life, the interest on £260 mortgage due from him to testator; and after John Gray's death, the principal of £260 is bequeathed to son James Gray.
- To cousin Elizabeth Strainge [surname struck through and replaced by Greaves] (Daughter of William Strainge of Finmere, Oxfordshire) -£120 within 12 months of Judith's death
- To Ann Richardson of Westbury, Buckinghamshire (sister of wife Judith Strainge) - £50 after Judith's death
- To niece Ann Walker - £250 within 18 months of Judith's death
- To Elizabeth Richardson (Daughter of Robert Richardson above) £100 within 12 months of Judith's death AND of Ambrose White Ann White and Elizabeth White - or, if Elizabeth has died by then, the £100 goes equally to her brothers Robert Richardson William Richardson and John Richardson equally
- To cousin Richard Strainge £120 at age 21
- To John West and William Law Five guineas (£5 5/-) for their trouble
- Any remaining money to be divided in proportion to the legatees above
