Legacies:
- to daughter Sarah Markham : all property (copyhold house & land) in Tingewick subject to payment of two shillings weekly to son Henry Markham for life and £20 each to daughters Mary, Elizabeth & Ann within six months of death of son Henry
- to wife Margaret: one sixth of residue
- to son Henry: one sixth of residue
- to daughter Sarah: one sixth of residue
- to daughter Mary: one sixth of residue
- to daughters Elizabeth & Ann: two sixths of residue in trust, administered by executors
