Written: 12th May 1747
By: "John Strange of Shaldeston in the County of Bucks ffarmer"
Legacies:
- to wife Mary & son John "all my Goods cattles & debts jointly together" as long as John remains unmarried
BUT
If John marries during Mary's lifetime, then
"John my son shall pay unto Mary my wife the value of one third part of my goods, cattles & debts" which she could then "give it as she please amongst my Children but to no other person wt. Soever"
- to son William & daughter Johanna "the sum of five Shillings share & share alike"
