Clauses:

• To second son Erasmus Grove - 1/- (5p) and discharge of £40 bond
• To daughter Sarah wife of Thomas Greaves - £30
• To daughter Mary wife of John Straing - £30
• To executor (son John) - yard land in the common fields if above legacies paid; otherwise to be sold to pay legacies
• If either daughter dies, their share goes to their children
• Residue to son John Grove
