According to the 1901 Canadian Census, Edna Howe was born October 12, 1886 (the inscription on her headstone suggests that she was born November 1, 1886). At the time of her mother's death in 1936, Edna ("Miss Howe") was living "at home." At the time of her brother Thompson's death in 1966, "Miss Howe" is shown as living in Lawrence Station. According to the inscriptions on the Howe family plot at McArthur Cemetery (Southwold), Edna passed away on the 27th of February, 1982. |
