Emma was born at
Jacobus, York Co., Pennsylvania, on 15 December 1907. She was the daughter of
Bertram G. Dellinger and
Vertie Ellen Geiselman. Emma died on 5 November 1987 at
York, York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 79. She was New Tag Obituary from the Friday 6 November 1987 York Dispatch:

JACOBUS - Emma L. Dellinger, 79, of 11 N. Main St., died Thursday morning at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, York.
Miss Dellinger retired in 1975 from the former T.R. Taylor Co., York, where she was a seamstress many years. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
Miss Dellinger was born in Jacobus and was a daughter of the late Bertram G. and Vertie E. Geiselman Dellinger.
Survivors include:
A brother - Richard C. Dellinger, York.
Four sisters - Mrs. Charlotte R. Snyder and Mrs. Elizabeth R. Keeney, both of Jacobus; Mrs. Margaret A. Hedrick, York; and Gladys M. Trout, Seven Valleys.
Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Heffner Funeral Home of Jacobus, Inc. 53 N. Main St.
Funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Rev. John Loewen will officiate. Burial will be in Christ United Methodist Cemetery.
