SOURCES:
I have information on all of the children of Isaac and Jane Hughes Beeler who
reached adulthood; and on the son
of Isaac Beeler and Maria Blaufus Beeler. If you are a descendant of one
of Isaac's children by either of his wives, please contact me for information on
his children and grandchildren. I have followed some lines to the present and
have had contact with some present day descendants. All information is fully
documented. Be sure to look at the Beeler Album to see
pictures and documents for this line.
Maria Blaufus Beeler's data obtained from Germany Births and Baptisms 1558 -
1898. The Blaufus family's immigration to this country on 6 July 1860
aboard the ship "American Union", is documented. Maria Blaufus' parents are
buried in St. Peter's and St. Paul's Cemetery.

Questions: In May of 2010 new information surfaced that
has caused many questions concerning the parentage of
Isaac Beeler. Upon further research, I have found no new data that proves the parentage of Isaac
Beeler. However, there are those on the internet who have now listed him
as the son of John Valentine Beeler and Mary Turney Beeler. Some have even
changed his birth date to 1775 to make him fit into the family of John Valentine
Beeler and Mary Turney Beeler. When questioned as to how they came
to this conclusion, no one could produce documentation that Isaac Beeler born 1783 is the
son of John Valentine Beeler and Mary Turney Beeler. Several researchers
list an Isaac Beeler born 1775 as the son of this couple. Several other
researchers do not list an Isaac in this family. This couple is of an age
where they could be the parents of Isaac Beeler born 1783. However,
the will of John Valentine Beeler which someone abstracted, does not list an Isaac
as son. I have not, as yet, obtained a copy of the original document.
One person even stated, 'they had found thirteen incidents on the internet,
where Isaac Beeler is listed as the son of John Valentine Beeler and Mary Turney
Beeler so it must be true'. They could not produce any documentation
showing proof of parentage though. Another person who had placed the
information on the internet removed it when I sent the documentation I had on
Isaac Beeler born 1783 and requested his documentation proving parentage of
Isaac Beeler born 1783. The
placement of data on the internet does not prove who the parents of Isaac Beeler
are. Until a document is produced stating he is their son, one can not say
it is a fact. This is a works in progress. I continue to search for the parents of Isaac Beeler. I have spent
nineteen
years researching Isaac Beeler and his descendants and I look forward to
discovering proof of his parentage. If you are researching this line and
are aware of the location of documents that prove the parentage of Isaac Beeler
please contact me. Until then I remain "IN
PURSUIT OF ISAAC BEELER".
Disclaimer:
There are those who feel Jane Hughes Beeler is the daughter of Thomas Hughes and
Martha Dinsmore. However, there is no documented proof that she is their
daughter. There is a listing for a Jean Hughes as their daughter with the same
date and place of birth as Jane Hughes Beeler. It must be proven that she is
their daughter.... a matching date and place of birth without documented proof
does not make her their daughter. I suspect she could be their daughter, but I
have not been able to establish documented proof of my theory. If you have a
Bible record, probate or will for Thomas or Martha Dinsmore Hughes that lists a
Jane Beeler as their daughter please contact me. Thank you.
