Niles Schools
Union School Union School was built about 1856 on a four acre lot between East Main St. and Broadway. It faced westward at Seventh Street. Union School was tore down in 1920 to make room for the new Central School.
Niles High School The "new" Union High School built in1912.
Central School The back of the postcard reads: "This school is equipped with a large gymnasium, has a nice up-to-date auditorium with a seating capacity of 1000. The spacious lawn, surrounding the school, is shaded by many huge old trees, famous as landmarks for lovers of nature."
