WILL

I William Rattray of the Township of Wolfe Island in the County of Frontenac Yeoman hereby made and publish this my last will & testament as follows:

1. I direct that all my debts funeral & testamentary expenses be first paid.

2. I give and devise to my son George all my leasehold lands being parts of Lot numbers Four and Five in the Eighteenth Concession of the said Township of Wolfe Island, with all rights under the Current leases to be exercised as fully as I myself could exercise the same by living.

3. I give and devise my freehold lands to my Executors hereafter named upon trust to sell and dispurse? of said lands for the best price obtainable and to divide the proceeds equally among my three daughters Alzina, Delia, and Dyantha—and it is my will that if my said son George will ?? an offer to pay as much for said freehold land as any other intending Purchaser my executors will sell to my said son at the price so offered by him – My freehold lands

Consist Of part of lot number six in the sixteenth Concession of said township of Wolfe Island.

4. I give and bequeath to my son Edward the sum of one hundred dollars which I direct Shall be paid out of my general personal estate.

5. All the rest and residue of my property real and personal I give devise And bequeath to my children living at my death to be equally dived away then.

6. I nominate and appoint my son George and my son in law Joseph Kenny to be my executors of this my will.

County of Frontenac
The Petition of George Rattray
Of the township of Wolfe Island in the County of Frontenac, Yeoman, and Joseph Kenny, of the City of Kingston in the County of Frontenac, cheese-maker.

Humbly Sheweth
That William Rattray
Late of the Township of Wolfe Island in the County of Frontenac Yeoman deceased died on or about the Second day of May AD 1906 at said township of Wolfe Island in the County of Frontenac and that the said deceased at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at said township of Wolfe Island in the County of Frontenac.

That the said deceased in his lifetime duly made his last Will and Testament bearing the date the nineteenth day of April AD 1902

That your Petitioners are the Executors named in the said Will.

That the value of the whole property of the said deceased which he in any way died possessed of or entitled to, and for and in respect to which Probate of the said Will is to be granted is under five thousand Dollars.

That the value of the personal estate and effects is under Two thousand two hundred dollars, and of the Real Estate is under two thousand nine hundred Dollars. And that full particulars and an appraisement of all said property are exhibited herewith and verified ???? such.

Wherefore, your Petitioners pray that Probate of the said Will of the said deceased may be granted to them by this Honorable Court Dated Tenth day of May AD 1906
