WILL of William Davis

By the Grace of God Amen,

  I William Davis of the Township of Wolfe Island, County of Frontenac and province of Ontario, now in good state of mind but dangerously Ill in health do make ordain and publish my last will and testament as follows:

I give demise and bequeath to Sarah Davis my beloved wife, all and singular all my eight title and interest in all my real and personal effects to her the said Sarah Davis, her executors administrators or assigns (and if not assigned) there after her death equally to my heirs and their assigns for ever.                                                                              his

I copied a couple other pages re - died May 10, 1870 - petition by Sarah, goods of William Davis - personal estate and effects are of or about the value of one thousand three hundred and fifty dollars.
