SURROGATE'S
COURT, COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
The last will and testament of John D Angsbury, deceased, at the time of his death,
domiciled at Wolfe
Island, County of Frontenac, Ontario., having been
heretofore
duly admitted to
probate in this Court as a will of personal estate, administration
having theretofore been
duly granted thereon by the competent subauthority at
the place of
domicile aforesaid, and
letters of administration with the will annexed, of the personal estate
of said deceased in the
said county of Jefferson, having been duly applied for by
Wilna Augsbury, Morey Spoor and
Andrew J. Angsbury, the Executors of said will:
Notice of such application is hereby given to all
creditors of the said testator being residents of the
State of New York to present their claims, to the said
executors, at the office of the Surrogate of said
County of Jefferson, on or before the 10th day of
September next, at ten o'clock ia
the forenoon,
on which day, and at
said hour, the said application will be heard by the Surrogate of the Court, at
an
office in the Court
House in the City of Watertown.
