Village Vics softball team celebrating their championship of that year. Probably 1948.
Banquet was held in the CMBA Hall. It now belongs to the Wolfe Island Township. Girls softball was very popular during that era. There were four Wolfe Island teams . Two teams from the village, one from the foot and one from the ridge. The games drew large crowds.
