This is a picture of my sister Marette (LaRush) Fawcett on the right and Nan Mosier (deceased) .
I think the young man is a McCarney from Gananoque. Around 1945-46. The interesting part are the old gas pumps which were in front of the then Rattery's store on the main street in Marysville.
This store is now operated by Steve Fargo and is much moderinized.

"Grace Darling ( Bamford) Gaskin 1874 to 1950 .She was married to Captain Robert Alexander Gaskin.
He was a sea Capt. He would set sail in April and return home before Chistmas each year. They moved
to Brock St. in Kingston. Around 1908,he was helping with the Spring Cleaning and leaned so far out
of the upstairs window that he fell causing a head injury. He was never able to work again and his
father helped them to move to Watertown N Y . They lived near Thompson Park. The father sent them
50.00 a month to help out. Robert died about a 1 1/2 years later. She is buried on Wolfe Island.
I don't know where he is buried.
Grace and Isabelle were two of the children of William Wells and Irene ( Dixon ) Bamford.
