John Reid
John Reid,s/o David Reid and Mary Finnigan. He came out to the Northwest Territories in 1905,along with his cousins Avery,Harold and Walter Reid. They came with the boxcars during the trip west as the livestock had to be fed and watered every day. They filed on 6 quarters of land in what is now the Watrous/Renown/Amazon area of Saskatchewan.
