QUAID CEMETERY

Transcribed by Barbara Jarvis
© 2003

This cemetery was originally surveyed on the Guy Wooten farm, where some 40 to 50 graves were found, mostly marked with sandstones. Cattle had been allowed to roam through it and many markers were damaged or destroyed. Later, the graves were moved to Bloomfield -Jones Cemetery. There are many, many "Unknowns" marked with a "Q" so I will call this cemetery "Quaid" until further research can be done.
