Henry Melvin8 Wallingford (Herman A.7, Jonathan6, Jonathan5, Peter4, John3, John2, Nicholas1) was born in Auburn, Androscoggin County, Maine 8 December 1882.(3241) Harry died of a cerebral hemorrhage, 13 June 1938, at Weymouth Hospital, in Weymouth, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.(3242) He was buried on June 16th in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett, Mass.

He married Lena M. Comeau, 28 August 1926, in Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts.(3243) Henry was a radio dealer living at 97 Everett St. in Arlington, Mass. and Lena was a typist living at 12 Chauncery Ct. in Lynn at the time of their marriage.

Lena was born about 1900/01, in Nova Scotia.(3244) Lena was the daughter of Leard Comeau and Annie M. Comeau. When their son Henry was born in 1930 Henry Sr. was a radio salesman and they were living at 18 Day St. in Somerville, Mass.

According to his death certificate, Henry was a veteran of World War I. He and Lena were living at 37 Raleigh Rd. in East Weymouth when he died. They had been living in town for four years. He worked as a salesman for a radio company at the time, having been in that occupation for twenty years.

When Charles Wallingford wrote his 1942 Wallingford Genealogy he attempted to communicate with a Harry M. Wallingford of Somerville, Mass. but the letter was returned as undelivered.(3245)
