3. Benjamin³ Hanson (Tobias², Thomas¹) was born 1671.

He married Elizabeth Trask, 26 NOV 1701, in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts. Elizabeth was born 1685, in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts. Elizabeth was the daughter of William Trask and Hannah.

Benjamin Hanson and Elizabeth Trask had the following child:

4 i. Elizabeth⁴ Hanson was born in Dover, Strafford County, New Hampshire 12 November 1707. Elizabeth died 24 December 1796, at 89 years of age. She married Joseph Evans. Joseph was born 28 March 1708, probably in Dover, Strafford County, New Hampshire. Joseph was the son of Joseph Evans and Mercy Horne. Joseph died about 1786.
