He married Elizabeth Martyn, 1680. Elizabeth was born 31 JUL 1662. Elizabeth was the daughter of Richard Martyn and Sarah Tuttle.

Edward Kennard and Elizabeth Martyn had the following child:

2 i. Mary² Kennard. She married Benjamin Nason, 10 SEP 1710. Benjamin was born 10 OCT 1691, in Berwick, York County, Maine. Benjamin was the son of Benjamin Nason and Martha Canney. Benjamin died 1756, at 64 years of age. (See Benjamin Nason for the continuation of this line.)

She was christened 3 SEP 1693 in Portsmouth, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
