He married Sufferanna Haynes. Sufferanna was the daughter of Walter Haynes and Elizabeth.

Nathaniel Treadway and Sufferanna Haynes had the following child:

3 i. Elizabeth³ Treadway was born in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts 3 AUG 1646. She married Shadrach Habgood, 21 OCT 1664, in Sudbury, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Shadrach was born 1642, in England. Shadrach died 2 AUG 1675, in Quaboag (Brookfield), MA, at 33 years of age. (See Shadrach Habgood for the continuation of this line.)
