He married Elizabeth Treadway, 21 OCT 1664, in Sudbury, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Elizabeth was born 3 AUG 1646, in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Elizabeth was the daughter of Nathaniel Treadway and Sufferanna Haynes.

Shadrach Habgood and Elizabeth Treadway had the following child:
