He married Bethia, by about 1636, possibly in Charlestown, Massachusetts.⁽¹⁵⁸⁾ Bethia died 1 February 1683/4, in Barnstable, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.⁽¹⁵⁹⁾

John Hall and Bethia had the following child:

+ 2 i. Benjamin² Hall was born before 29 May 1653.
