Team Liddell et al is a sizable worldwide group of volunteer family genealogists who are interested in the nearly 90 surname variants derived from the ancient Scot border region, Liddesdale.

Our goal is to reunite our scattered bands from across the globe via the Web and sing anew our ancient songs since nearly a century of research in the surviving documents of Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland clearly points toward a unity for all our families regardless of the surname spelling.
