MRS. SOPHIA DALSING

Kieler, Wis.--Services will be from the family home to Immaculate Conception church at Kieler at 9:30 a.m. Monday for Mrs. Sophia Dalsing, of Kieler, who died Thursday at Finley Hospital in Dubuque. The Rev. a.J. Goetzman, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. The Haudenshield funeral home is in charge.

Mrs. Dalsing was born July 16, 1893, in New York City. She came to Kieler with her parents at the age of three and had made her home here since. She was a member of Immacualte Conception church and of the Ladies' Sodality of the church.

Surviving are five children, Mrs. Elmer (Emerita) Eggers, Cletus, Vincent, Ueter and Alvin Dalsing, all of Kieler; four brothers, Peter Timmerman, of Kieler, Lawrence Haas, of Hazel Green; Anthony Haas, of Dubuque, and Adam Haas, of Kieler; a sister, Mrs. Ben (Ludwina) Berning, of Hazel Green, and 11 grandchildren. Her hsband, Edward, died July 16, 1947.

MRS. SOPHIA DALSING

The funeral of Mrs. Sophia Dalsing, of Kieler, Wis., who died at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Finley hospital, was held at 9:30 a.m. Monday morning from her home to Immaculate Conception church in Kieler. The Rev. A.J. Goetzman officiated at the requiem high mass and delivered the sermon.

Burial was in Immaculate Conception cemetery in Kieler, with Father Goetzman officiating. Pallbearers were Harlow Haase, Lawrence Haase, Linus Dalsing, Werner Dalsing, Melvin Brant and Francis Pinch.
