Last will and Testament of William Hall decd.

I, William Hall do make and publish this as my last will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First I direct that my financial expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

Secondly I give and bequeath all of my property, both Real and personal to my wife Nancy Hall during her natural life, and at her death whatever may be left to be divided equally between all of my children except the heirs of the Two daughters Martha and Caroline who are dead. It is my intention for all my children who are now living to share my property equally after the death of my wife.

Thirdly I direct that my Executor sell or dispose of as he may see proper, a Tract of land belonging to me in Lincoln County Tennessee. This Tract is situated in the 24 District of said County and contains 110 Acres more or less, it being all the land I now own. My Executor is authorized to sell and convey this land and to turn over the proceeds to my wife Nancy Hall.

Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my son J. A. Hall my Executor, and he is not required to give bond.

In witness whereof, I do to this my last will set my hand this the 29 day of march one thousand eight hundred and eighty six. his
