I James Folden do solemnly swear that there are six heirs of the estate of Mary Folden deceased, now follows towit. William Folden, ( Abner, marked out here )  Mary Williams late Mary Folden wife of Abner Williams and James Folden residing in Greene County State of Missouri, Sarah Grider late Sarah Folden wife of Silas Grider of Henderson County Tennessee. John Folden Henderson County Kentucky. Appy Johnson wife of John C. Johnson, late Appy Folden, Greene County Arkansas. That the said Mary Folden dec’d without a will as far as he knows and believes that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct and amount for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
