P. A. Tatum is declared a lunatic and sent to state lunatic asylum.   His assets are listed as such that he has to pay his own upkeep.  Peter Forrister, Elizabeth Tatum and Edward L. Tatum are listed as the petitioners.

Robert  P. Tatum petitions the court to be appointed guardian of P. A. Tatum's estate since he has been assigned to state lunatic asylum.
