Andrew Ford [8th gr. grandfather] Exact date of his arrival in America is not known, But thought to be about 1635 when he was 3 years old.

Col. James Smallwood [7th gr. grandfather] immigrated to America in 1664, ship unknown
Hester Evans [7th gr. grandmother] came to America with her parents in 1650, ship unknown.

Iver Madsen/Matson [gr. gr. grandfather] immigrated to USA in 1861. They left Christiana on May 3,1861 on the ship Garbaldi. He is listed as Iver Madsen Skindstad in an article of recommendation by 66 passingers in the newspaper Morgenbladet published August 11, 1861.
Oline Olsdatter (Hellum) [gr. grandmother] immigrated on the ship Refondo arriving in Quebec May 31, 1867.
