He married (1) Dollie Payne 14 September 1910 in Howard County, Arkansas - BK. I pg. 211. He married (2) Mary Sue Richardson Hyatt 11 November 1938 in Howard Co., AR - BK. T pg. 312. She was born 27 September 1894 in Arkansas, and died 18 December 1973 in Los Angeles County, California.
