NOTES: Thomas McAdams was the son of James McAdams and his second wife Catherine Sullivan. Louise "Lulu" Wertz was the daughter of Jacob Wertz, Jr. and Mary E. Kline. Thomas and Catherine had six children: Gertrude, Mae, James Howard, Thomas Jr., Charles and Louise.
