Does anyone have any info on the Poor House that was in Boyer Township,Harrison Co,Iowa it burned down in Abt 1890

Searching for missing relatives of Herman and Flora Luken. Herman arrived in Iowa in 1893 and Flora and four children in 1894. Settled first in Wright Co. then not sure of moves after that until around 1909 when they moved to SD.
