Notes for JANE E ANSEL:
Genius of Liberty and found in the April *,
1880 issue that "Mrs. Jane Collins, wife of John Collins of Preston County, Westernizing, died on Thursday night last April 1, 1880, and her remains arrived at the B. & O. depot of this place at 7 o'clock, on Saturday evening last, and were taken to the residence of her mother on Fayette Street, and the following day, Sunday at 3 o'clock, p.m., they were interred in the Baptist graveyard at the head of Morgantown street. The deceased was bout 28 years of age and leaves a husband and two children, a mother and a number of brothers and sisters to mourn her untimely death.
