eldest son Charles hald the land where I now live, slaves etc. To son Wm. Hudson Tait, slaves
James, Lewis, Milley and Randolph. To daughter Nancy Coloson, slaves Tom, Webster, Buck,
Barbary, Betty, Hager and her child for lie at her death to her children. To daughter Barbara
Oliver slaves Bob. Winny and her three children. To grandson Hudson Ware, slave Gilbert. To
daughters, Pasty, Louisa, America, and Charity and son James Miller as they come of age or
marry, Slaves. Calls these his youngest children. Sons Charles and Wm. Hudson Tait Excrs.

acres including the plantation whereon he now lives. To son William 100 acres adj. the land
he bought of R.L. Tait. To son James 100 acres including the place where he formely lived.
To sons David, Daniel and Enos the other 400 acres of my land to be equally divided, Enos to
the part whereon the dewlling house now stands. To daughters Lucy, and Betsy, slave and beds
etc, each. To daughter Susanna the legacy I have given her. 490 acres in Wayne Co., to be sold
for distribution among all the children. David Hudson and sons John and William Excrs.
