   James Taylor of Caroline County and URIAH TATE of Louisa Co, James Taylor having purchased an undivided property on waters of Hickory creek 27 July 1791 said URIAH TATE having purchased the other.... Said tract sold by decree of Spotsylvaina court dated (blank) mutual agreement between Taylor & TATE to establish a permanent boundary between them. Beginning white oak and hickory on each side the road in TATES line of his other tract along the road courses, to William Harris line which gives James Taylor 72 acres on the north east side of the road and URIAH TATE 88 1/2 acres on the south west side.
