TAFT guardian dismissed; Josiah ROCKWOOD and Joseph WOOD of Upton complain that on 6 Dec 1815 they became bound to your honor for the faithful guardianship of Otis TAFT of Upton for his children, heirs of Martha BENSON dec’d. that part of the property of said children has come into the hands of said guardian and said guardian is unable to account for it. They therefore pray that Otis TAFT be dismissed from his trust; 28 Jan 1820; he was dismissed 2 May 1820.
