Private committal services will be held at Lindale City Cemetery.
Mr. Fleming was born Sept. 29, 1923 in Sabine to the late Archie C. and Geneva Crone Fleming. Mr. Fleming was an Air Force Veteran of World War II.
He was owner and operator of Fleming's Food Store in Lindale for more than 43 years.
He was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church of Lindale and member of the George Lake Sunday School Class.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Lake Fleming of Lindale; daughter, Melinda Fleming of Keller, son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Shirley Fleming of Bedford; grandchildren, Adrienne Fleming of Houston and Alex Fleming of College Station; sisters, Frances Stevens of Gladewater and Nita Sandlin of Fort Worth; sisters-in-law; Mary Fleming of Lindale and Virginia Fleming of Jacksonville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Lindale, Building fund No.2.
