• Farmers Union Member: Wood Springs School, near Lindale, Smith county, Texas. ⁷ Buddy is in the middle row, 3rd from right. A copy of this photo was in the possessions of Ruby, Roy & Dorothy Land. In thinking it looked familiar, I checked my computer and yes it was a copy of an earlier photo scanned. With the help of Martha, Buddy was recognized in this photo, with the exact hair style and glasses in another photo we have of him.
I helped scan photos for the Lindale Centenial and there was an identical photo, it was titled "Wood Springs Schoolhouse & Farmers Union members"
