Price;[26] died February 23, 1944 at age 85; Buried in the Mountain View United Methodist Church Cemetery in Pulaski County, VA. There appears to be a family grouping in the cemetery of some of the children of Samuel and Agnes Roseberry. There are the three brothers Andrew, Calvin and Samuel, Jr. The last names are spelled “Rosenberry” and there are two women who appear to be wives as well as some children and grandchildren.[27]

I, S. A. Roseberry of Duncard’s Bottom, Pulaski County, Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
82. I direct that all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as practicable.
82. I hereby give and devise unto my son, Houston Roseberry, and my daughters, Nannie Roseberry and Myra Roseberry, equally and jointly, share and share alike, twentyfive (25) acres to be laid off on the east end of my farm by a line parallel with the line between my property and the property now owned by Jesse Covey and W. N. Meredith, said twenty-five acres to include my house and orchard and to be laid off in compact shape, and as an easement appurtenant to said property, or any part thereof, I hereby give and devise to my said son, Houston Roseberry, and my daughters, Nannie and Myra Roseberry, a right of way for a road from said property to what is known as the Barton or Moore Road, said road to be laid off on a convenient route, and when it is located, to be a permanent easement appurtenant to said twenty-five acre tract, said road to be a gated roadway and not to exceed sixteen (16) feet in width.
82. I hereby give and devise the balance of my real estate to be equally divided between my sons, Andrew M. Roseberry and William Roseberry, and my daughters, Allie Roseberry, Minnie Roseberry Meredith, Fannie Lovell, Mrs. Betty Howe, and Agnes Haley, share and share alike.

A paper writing dated May 2, 1936, purporting to be the last will and testament of S. A. Roseberry, late of this County, deceased, was produced before the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, for probate, and John S. Draper, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto was sworn and testified that the said Testator signed and acknowledged said paper writing to be his last will and testament in his presence, and in the presence of Mildred Brockmeyer the other subscribing witness thereto, they being together at the same time, and in the presence of the Testator; whereupon, said paper writing is ordered to be recorded as the true last will and testament of S. A. Roseberry, deceased.
