10.  John3 KEISTER (Philip2, Philip1); born October 16, 1789;[1] married Sarah Martin November 4, 1814 in Montgomery County, VA;[2],[3] died December 23, 1857 at age 68.[4]

     He was also known as John "Johannas" Keister.

 

     Sarah “Sally” MARTIN[5] was born on April 30, 1791. She died on February 5, 1873 at age 81. [6]

     Children of John3 Keister and Sarah Martin were as follows:

            24.          i.     George4; born March 16, 1815; married Levina Lybrook.[7]

+          25.          ii.     Jacob, born May 2, 1816 in VA; married Mary Caroline Evans; married Mary A. Linkenauger.

+          26.        iii.     Allen Davie, born December 9, 1816 in Montgomery County, Virginia; married (--?--) Robinson.

+          27.         iv.     Mary, born November 17, 1817; married Abram Harless; married Joseph Whitaker; married John Eakis.

+          28.         v.     William, born March 6, 1819 in VA; married Nancy Epling; married Margaret L. Price.

+          29.         vi.     Elizabeth, born June 11, 1820; married Lewis Price.

            30.       vii.     Hannah; born November 11, 1821; married George Key.[8]

     She married and moved west.[9]

+          31.       viii.     John, born September 18, 1823; married Ellen Gordon.

            32.         ix.     Henry; born circa 1825; died young.[10]

+          33.         x.     David, born December 9, 1826 in VA; married Margaret Robinson.

+          34.         xi.     Christian, born June 17, 1829 in Blacksburg, VA; married Nancy E. Martin.

            35.       xii.     Sarah Ann; born March 1, 1831; married Edward H. Kinzer June 15, 1853 in Montgomery Co., VA;[11] died March 23, 1855 at age 24.[12]

+          36.       xiii.     Henry Jackson, born November 17, 1832 in VA; married Vitulia Melissia Galloway.
