32.  Henchen FLENDER (5160);[1] born 1555 (of the Haardt Ironworks settlement in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany);[2] died between 1611 and 1624 in the Hardt Ironworks settlement in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany).[3]

     He was an "elder" or assistant administrative officer of the township in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany in 1595.[4]

 

     Children of Henchen Flender (5160) and an unknown spouse were as follows:

         35.        i.    Henrich (5161);[5] born 1578; died between 1632 and 1637.[6]

+       36.        ii.    ? (4997), born circa 1585 (of Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany); married Wilhelm Holtzklau (4996).

 

34.  Henrich Flender MUESS (5071); born circa 1555 (of Schneppenkauten iron-works settlement in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany); died between 1632 and 1637 in the Schneppenkauten iron-works settlement in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany.[7]

     He worked in the ironworks in Schneppenkauten, Germany.[8] He was fined for letting his sheep pasture in the Engsbach Hauberg in 1594 in the Schneppenkauten iron-works settlement in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany.[9] He was admonished by the Siegen Presbytery for not sending his children to church and in 1597 for not sending them to school.[10] He was fined several times between 1596 and 1599 for overproduction of iron and in 1598 for bringing charcoal illegally to the Schneppenkauten iron-works settlement in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany.[11] He was censured for addiction to drink in 1620 in Siegen, Nassau-Siegen, Germany.[12]

 

     Children of Henrich Flender Muess (5071) and an unknown spouse were as follows:

         37.        i.    Tillman Flender (5188); born circa 1585 in Schenppenkauten, Germany;[13] married Phey ? (5356) circa 1610;[14] married Dorothea ? (5189) 1634;[15] died circa 1640 in Tieffenbach, Germany.[16]

     He lived in 1630 in Tieffenbach, Germany.[17]

         38.        ii.    Thomas Flender (5190); born circa 1587; married Agnes ? (5191) circa 1612; died circa 1637.[18]

         39.      iii.    Hermann (5192); born circa 1589; married Katharina ? (5193) circa 1614; died circa 1653 in the Schneppenkauten iron-works settlement in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany.[19]

         40.       iv.    Catharina (5186); born circa 1600; married Henrich Pickart (5187) circa 1625.[20]

+       41.       v.    Hebel (4981), born between 1610 and 1612 in Weidenau, Nassau-Siegen, Germany; married Johannes Holtzklau (4980).

         42.       vi.    Henrich (5194); born circa 1615.[21]

     He entered the Guild in 1632.[22]
