NANCY SWINSCOW 1880

This is the last Will and Testament of me Nancy Swinscow of Dale Head Farm Fairfield in the County of Derby I bequeath to my Niece Hannah Watson a legacy of Nineteen pounds ten shillings and to my Niece Mary Ashton a legacy of Five pounds And in case either of them my said Nieces shall die in my lifetime I give legacy of her so dying unto my Nephew William Swinscow Subject thereto I devise and bequeath All the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my said Nephew William Swinscow who now resides with me at Dale Head Farm aforesaid absolutely for his own use And I appoint William Swinscow sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all other testamentary writings In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenthy (sic) day of December One thousand eight hundred and seventy nine Signed by the said Testator Nancy Swinscow as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, present at the same time who at her request in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses

Proved at Derby the 14th day of June 1880 by the Oaths of William Swinscow the Nephew the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted The Testatrix Nancy Swinscow was late of Dale Head Farm Fairfield in the County of Derby Spinster and died on the 28th day of May 1880 at Fairfield aforesaid
