John and wife Elizabeth lived Lebanon Twp Lancaster Co. Pa. before Oct. 7 1757 in 1813 this area became Lebanon Co. and was also for a time included in Dauphin Co..
In 1757 when they sold their land and moved to Middletown in what is now Dauphin Co. and I think was just north of Harrisburg. Here Elizabeth died and he married Mary .
They had warrant for 274 acres of land at the mouth of Fishing Circle, there they built a mill, it was here that the first Constitutional Convention met in 1776 at Garvers Mill, John was a Elective member.
In 1787 he sold the mill to Archabald McAllister and probably died soon after .
He was married to Elizabeth. Elizabeth died about 1757 in Middletown, Dauphin Co., Penn., then Lancaster. She was born. She was christened. She was buried.
John GARVER and Elizabeth had the following children:
