DR. PATRICK HENRY SWANN
1858  -  1927

P.H. Swann was son of Ballard Swann and grandson of Hezekiah Swann & Catherine Hatfield. He studied medicine at University of Louisville and graduated about 1883. He was a physician in Cabell County until his death. His son, Dr. Walter C. Swann, was a pioneer heart surgeon in the 1930's & 1940's.
